About the Authors
William D. Hendricks (A.B., Harvard University; M.S., Boston University; M.A.B.S., Dallas Theological Seminary) is president of The Hendricks Group, a Dallas-based company that champions the phenomenon of giftedness and its best use by individuals, teams, and organizations. He is the author or co-author of a dozen books, including Living By the Book, As Iron Sharpens Iron, Your Work Matters to God, and Why You Can’t Be Anything You Want to Be. He is also the producer of the popular videotape series, Living By the Book. His writings have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Christianity Today, The Dallas Morning News, and numerous other publications. He is the proud father of three daughters by his late wife, Nancy.
Known for his keen wit, Howard G. Hendricks (Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary, D.D., Wheaton College) is distinguished professor and lecturer at Dallas Theological Seminary, and chairman of the seminary’s Center for Christian Leadership.
